I agree with ya Buff on about 80%... There are some dreadful recent applications, but I must say some seem like they will be a great fit!
Got to do a floor with Beer today and she seems like a great team player and while a little timid (I can understand coming into a brand new group for the first time) she did an excellent job in the floor!
Have not had much time to dungeon (let alone play lately)... Two jobs are filling most of my time lately :( Here's to Winter and the down time the Fall will bring for me!!!
To all our new applicants if you make your way here: While we have a somewhat tedious application process (due to limited space in the FC), know that we are understanding and while we strive to be as efficient as possible, we all make mistakes sometimes (might be hard to get a few in the group to admit this) :) Please just know the rules and do your best to follow them, and you will find the trip to whatever your goal will be fast and fun!

Do you guys think we are being to **** about the thing you have to add to your app to get accepted? I'm just curious. Alot of people I feel like genuinely read the thread, but they either skim it, or just overlook/miss that part. I know its blocked a few people that were to lazy to bother reading it, or people that just did the shotgun effect and applied to several groups and waited to see if they would get accepted to them before picking one. Or do you think that its a decent process for weeding out the lazy/making people read it to get accepted?

I think because the 200 person limit is always full to bursting we do need to be a tad strict when it comes to applications, also a problem could lie with the length of time you remain in the chat after you leave.
i reread the application form just to see if the little comments thing was too inconspicuous but it just isn't. it is very visible even to my unfortunate "see everything except the important information" skimreading but then again what one person sees another person may not. the system we have now in my opinion is simple and effective and in no way hidden or cryptic so it is fair for people who actually read the first 2 pages

I like it because it weeds out the arrogant people who don't like to be told they maybe missed something or don't like to be proved that they were lying.

I think we either open the fc to all and give keyers the ability to kick non-smileys, or wipe the fl of people who aren't actively dging. The fc is becoming more social and rarely floors are formed.
It really is ridiculous that our limit is always at 200 but at peak we only have 3 floors in at one time.
