Sun, if the person isn't open to any constructive criticism regarding their binds/tactics, then they are not a good fit for this clan. If they insist on binding warhammers and arrows w/o a hex, they are not a good fit for us.
It's not that we didn't understand your point, it's that it isn't a good one.
We're a group based on efficiency and fun. We, the majority of us, do not find saying 'gate cd' and not getting a response fun. It is, in fact, the opposite. It is frustrating when we say "okay mgt cd" and the gt just sits there. "Dude didn't you gate?" "no" *insert meme of rageface guy here*
If you're going to dung in teams, being insecure and not talkative is not helpful to anyone, it's detrimental. Be open to constructive criticism and actually talk. If you dislike talking, why are you joining a dung clan that does teams?
This isn't DGS where we call every new person "fgt" or "rtrd." We're not like that. We're more kind about giving advice. When someone doesn't take this advice, it feels like they simply don't care about improving themselves. If they don't want to improve themselves at the miner role or fighter role, they do not belong.
For example of a person I feel doesn't fit this clan: They somehow passed the app process which requires them to read at least up to the lottery system, yet when they get into the floor, they have no clue as to the different roles.
There was this one guy who joined us and when he got his first floor, he said "guys this isnt gd, just a farm door." We told him we kill all but deadends... he said "lol?" then left the floor and fc. People like that do not belong here.
