Timely updates:

•There should be no discussion price trends in the FC. This includes discussing past prices or predictions of future prices. This may be discussed in [Clan Quark].
•There should not be reports of the same type of transaction for the same item with a 5 minute period. This is to prevent people from trying to influence others purchasing/selling decisions

Example of improper reporting:
0:00 game time: Player A instant buys a green mask for 230b
0:02 game time: Player A instant buys a green mask for 230.5b

Example of proper reporting:
0:00 game time: Player A instant buys a green mask for 230b
0:05 game time: Player A again instant buys a green mask for 230.5b 3 minutes ago
•If you plan on buying/selling multiple of an item, please only report the last transaction. This falls in line with the bullet above
•Please do not report the amount of an item you buy or sell. This falls in line with the first and second bullet points in this section.

Current Status of Max+ Items:

To go along with trying to get people to be more active in the fc, above max item trades can be reported in the fc and price checking of above max items will be an optional thing dependent on the price checker at the time. If no one is pricing players can refer the requestor to the forums to see the most recent above max item compilation. The pc given to players will be the weighted average of the previous 10 trades or (if the pricer wants) they can write out the previous 10 trades. When posting lines to the forums, the pricer must link the post of the most recent 10 trades or post it again themselves.

I first joined rare quark in October 2011, and have proudly led it since March 2012, but, as you all know, I actively stopped playing this game many years ago, and the time has long since come to pass the torch. Thanks to Charm Quark, for entrusting me with the friendschat you created, and thanks to all of the ranks, and non ranks, who have been involved in what has been one of the busiest and most helpful communities in the game.

Special thanks to Chesse Pie, Zaka, Hendrik, Farming Nemo, Harmy, Bond4evr, Lee M, Infernal Yak, S Z, Trips, Gold Duckii, Since1980, Rat11j, Harv, 9th, Cyderman, and Scope, for all the assistance and friendship you gave to me and the chat over the years.

I will be returning to summer camp in 6 weeks, but i'll still be around on my main (this) account until then.

Trips will be the sole, permanent, owner of R quark, effective June 1st. I am sure he, with the help of the admins, will be a capable leader.
