I had a question regarding how you conduct recruitment. While acknowledging that I currently don't meet your combat level requirement, I wanted to ask if there was a P2P requirement in place. Based off your thread, your home world is on World 60 and you own a clan citadel; however, I was not able to find a definitive statement on if a Runescape subscription is required.
