-- Meeting Recap for 11/28/2017 --

Recap:

- We are 96% to tier 6 this week, up 9% from last week. We need 9k metal bars until we upgrade. This is very manageable and hopefully we can obtain all of that this week and be looking at tier 7 next week.

-A big thank you to Sashami who personally capped on 10 different accounts this past weekend. Sashami took advantage of the free-membership trial for the weekend and went above and beyond and was a big role in our huge progress over the past week.

- There has been a very nice amount of constant events running over the past week plus and I am very pleased to see this. Additionally, we also gained a number of recruits over the past week so we had an overall very good week combined with the citadel progress.

- Discord names/Ingame names were discussed; we just ask that if you change your RSN please alert us so we can change it on the member’s guide. Additionally, put some sort of identifier in your discord name as well relating it to your RSN.

- The capping raffle winners for last week were drawn. The first winner was Sashami, the second was Sashami, and the third was MrsSteak who let us reroll it so Skye won.

Senate Meeting Recap

Rapid Growth

From last week, our initial challenge was to recruit 10 new Romans during the holiday season. Thanks to our Recruitment Parade and the acts of our outstanding clan members, it seems like we have already hit at least 6 or 7 recruits in the past week! We will continue to put an emphasis on recruitment during the holiday season.

First Holiday Event

We discussed about plans for upcoming holiday events and decided on holding the first one this Saturday night. It will be based around Hide and Seek with a nice holiday twist! This will be hosted by TouchOfMagik, so look out for an upcoming event post with more details!
