-- Meeting Recap for 8/15/2017 --

Tonight's meeting was fairly productive and focused on the future goals for TRE

Recap:

- The events that transpired following last week's meeting were briefly touched upon. This incident is not a big deal and will not be addressed again, as we have already moved on from them.

- The Clan Member's list has finally been swept, with a casualty of 70 clan members, bringing the total down to 177. In order to determine who was swept, I looked through a combination of things such as the member's total clan xp, their current runescape membership status, recent adventurer's log activity, as well as clan denarius. Although we are down 70 members, it is important to realize those that were swept were people that have not logged on in quite some time and likely did not participate much/contribute as evidenced by their lacking amount of denarius.

-Now that we have a better overall idea of our true clan size, we are re-implementing a clan recruitment raffle in order to bolster our activity and "real" numbers, specifically in response to the recent sweep and impending start of the semester which will likely cause some people to become inactive. Our goal for this raffle is to get us to 200 members and it will be starting within the week, with details to follow on discord/ingame. The prizes will be two separate prizes of 25 million gp.

- Lastly, SuaveyMojo was congratulated on his recent promotion to Princeps Senatus and thanked for his commitment to the clan as he has done a fine job since being promoted. Additionally, the events have been occurring at the same great pace they were the week prior, so thank you to all that have been hosting events.

Vindicta & Gorvek Boss Mass Event

It has been quite some time since we have all done a boss mass event! This is a great opportunity for players to experiment their first time fighting the Vindicta & Gorvek boss. We will all use the same 1 hour instance. Requirement to get into the boss room is 80+ Attack Level. For convenience purposes, please acquire your 40 killcount on Zaros' followers beforehand. The more people we bring, the easier it will be for all of us (including newer players). I hope to see you there!
