Personally, I'd like to say this...
I understand that most people feel that respect is earned, which in most cases it is. I know it is not feasible to like everyone in a clan. All I ask of you is that you respect those people who feel deserve it and be nice to the rest of the clan. If you feel you cannot be nice to that person, avoid them and/or ignore them. This will eliminate conflict.
