Alright guys, I've decided on a Base Ranking System that consists of static EXP Requirements. A lot of people don't typically enjoy this because it forces them to grind, but it is the easiest to maintain.
As we continue to grow, there will be more people willing to chip in ideas and make suggestions with regards to how everybody ranks up - so the method of ranking may endure a few small changes in future, and numbers are always going to be controversial chatter - some thinking they're too easy, others thinking they're too hard.
We have to be able to accommodate the grinders but also the casual players.
So, here are your requirements to Rank within a Squad currently:
The Lieutenant Spot of a Squad will be adjustable by that Squad's respective Captain at a later date, and as such is currently unobtainable.

Each Squad represents something different, a different aspect of Gameplay within RuneScape. As such, each Squad will have different requirements - some of which may be adjusted at a later date.
You will notice that some Squad Captain Reqs are easier to obtain than others, this is fine - as if you think about Bleach itself, not one of the Captains was exactly as experienced / powerful as another.
Be mindful of your personality traits, this is not about friendship or loyalty. We will not allow you to become a Captain if we do not think it will work. You can't help people if you don't want to, you can't lead a Social Squad without being able to socialise, etc.
Squad Captain Requirements will be as follows;
Squad 1, Administration, All Skills 85+ + 40,000,000xp
+ 20,000,000xp
Squad 8, Skilling (<2000), 2200+ Total + 20,000,000xp
Squad 9, Security Force, 75+ Combat + 80 Dung + 20,000,000xp
Squad 10, General, All Skills 70+ + 20,000,000xp
Squad 11, PvM, 92+ Combat Skills + 20,000,000xp
Squad 12, Player Dev, 20,000,000xp
Squad 13, Skilling (2000+), 2400 Total + 20,000,000xp
*
The Head Captain position is only obtainable upon receiving a recommendation from the Soul King (myself) or the Royal Guard. At least 66% of the Captains currently on Roster must agree that you are suitable for the position before you can receive the promotion.

Any time an individual hosts an event, they should post on the Forums that they did so, stating what it was and how many people attended. We will keep a note of this in a Google Doc for reference.

And to clarify, as we do not currently have any Captains and will not for some time, responsibility for the Squad will fall to the highest ranked member within that Squad.
Please do not choose to join a Squad if you are not interested in the 'Focus' of that Squad. If you do not regularly train Non-Combat Skills, do not join any of the Skilling Squads, it's really that simple.
We also cannot currently have a 'Head Captain' so Squad One will function as a General Squad until someone assumes that position at some other point in time.

Sang, joining a Squad is really your decision.
You can check out each Squad's focus on pages 2 & 3 and join one accordingly. If you're a high skiller, Squad 13 is for you; if low skiller, Squad 8; if Combat, Squad 3, etc.
