Hello and welcome to the 13 Squads official clan thread.

As of this update, our clan is , but feel free to browse.
There are a few of us still around.

We as a Clan do not require you to have a knowledge of the Bleach [by Tite Kubo], we don't need you to watch or to have watched the show (as we don’t take that much influence from it), however knowledge of Anime & Manga automatically gives you something to talk about that a lot of us have an interest in.

If you don't have an interest in the series or Anime / Manga in general and are just looking for somewhere to chill out, or for people to talk to then we have ample information about the Clan and it's Systems on this Thread that you can check out in order to fully understand how we operate.

All of the following rules must be followed by all Clan Members :

[1] ~ All JagEx Game Rules must be followed.
[2] ~ All Rules set by the Captain of your Squad must be followed
[3] ~ No spamming in the Clan Chat and / or Forums
[4] ~ Bronze Star+ must review Membership Application where possible.
[5] ~ A degree of respect must be shown to all Clan Members
[6] ~ Real Life is far more important than RuneScape, don’t forget it.
[7] ~ Keep disputes and complaints off the Recruitment Thread.
[8] ~ Try to avoid 'explicit conversation' within the Clan Chat
[9] ~ Under no circumstances are Clan Members allowed to directly ask for money or items from one another in order to avoid Scamming.



Spamming is considered 3 or more (useless/pointless) repeated posts by the same user
Even if you do not get along. No deliberate flaming of other members. Jokes are fine, just know where the line is.
Non-family friendly chats can be held within Private Chat and Friend Chats, please don’t bring these topics into the main chat.

Clan Members who hold the Rank of Admin (Squad Lieutenant) and higher can kick Clan Members by default. How this is done is detailed below.

Take screenshots of conversations, Forum posts, even if it’s Private Chat or Friend Chat, there are some things that are just out of order and these people need to be dealt with accordingly. If you take screenshots that fully justify your reasoning, then the likelihood of you receiving a warning is minimal unless the evidence is substandard. For advisements, a single screenshot is required to justify kicking someone, as long as it proved that they deliberately advertised one area that was listed above. Substandard evidence will result in you losing your position.

We have only ever had a few instances where people make a joke out of the application and have been rejected from the Clan. It would be greatly appreciated if you could make sure that we don't have to see more of these instances.

The absolute ruler of the Clan, the Soul King, KeytoThirteen, stands above all other members, including the Leaders themselves. The Soul King's rule and right to rule are unquestioned.

The Royal Guard are the overseers and managers of the Clan responsible, for the stability of the Clan as a whole. Royal Guard duties include:
- Forum Manager (responsible for maintaining the Forums organized and current)
- Academy Headmaster (responsible for overseeing members of the Clan that are not in Squads and encouraging them to join one)
- Event Overseer (responsible for keeping track of large clan events and Citadel capping)

Head Captain is a unique position which must always be filled. He/she has all the responsibilities and privileges of a captain along with mediation responsibilities, particularly making sure captains do not abuse their positions and remain active. The Head Captain also holds the deciding vote for anything the captains vote upon. The Head Captain can only be chosen from the current captain by a two-thirds majority vote. If there are no captains, a Head Captain can be chosen only from a day long vote, from which there is no dissent. If there is any dissent, the dissent must be seconded to stop the vote. If the dissent is seconded, the vote ends and a Head Captain is not chosen.

Captains have the ability to vote for new Captains, given that there has been a recommendation. They have the ability to collectively organize and mediate Squad Events, assign punitive measures to their respective members, rank any member in their Squad how they see fit, set restrictions to who can join their Squads, and fully customize their Squad to fit their Game Interests and/or personality.

The Lieutenant spot of a squad will be adjustable by that Squad's respective captain at a later date, and as such is currently unobtainable.

The Head Captain position is only obtainable upon receiving a recommendation from the Royal Guard. At least 66% of the current Captains must agree that you are suitable for the position before you can be promoted.

Any time an individual hosts an event, they should post on the Forums that they did so, stating what it was and how many people attended. We will keep note of this on a Google Doc, see <4.0> for reference.

is one of the highest ranks to be held by any individual Clan member. Since there are only 13 positions available, it is one of the most desired ranks in the Clan. Before considering applying for captaincy, you should fully understand the rules of the Clan and what will be expected of you should your application be successful.

In order to become a captain you need to achieve two out of the three following things. If any of the three things is not possible (e.g. there are too few members or there are no other captains) then every available option must be met.

Majority (2/3) vote from members of the squad you are applying for captaincy over.

Majority (2/3) vote from existing captains.

Approval from the Head Captain.

if there are 13 Squads Captains, then anyone who would like to try their arm at becoming Captain can challenge a Squad Captain to a duel similarly to Zaraki Kenpachi in the series. These fights are to be held in the Wilderness and nowhere else, at least 3 Captain Rank members must witness the fight. He who falls first is the loser. It is not best of 3. If you lose, you lose.
