Some asked we received

And all of a sudden, how we received is a hot topic, not good enough, in a way that you are against and whatnot....

Some are overlooking the main point imo. Even if its not completely how u liked it to be, or came to us in a way that doesn't have your aproval... This opens a whole new range of posibilitys, now the new mechanics are in place.

Instead of breaking down the how's and what's in the past regarding this matter, think along with Jagex on how this (as a basic cit tool) could evolve for the better in the future and make suggestions instead of getting stuck and giving up on this.

Nothing usefull can come from this complaining tbh, itll only come by thinking / moving on with what we got now.


Soooo... Moving on... Let's give some suggestions here on maybe alternate way's of earning the citadel boosters for clans. You never know, maybe one gets picked up :) Proud Co-Owner of the Wolf

OP overlooks any societal/political change in history, as well as any change or cancellation of an update made by Jagex in its history due to player feedback/complaints.

"Currently the citadel boosters are only obtaineble trough sgs. Jagex claims that they did this because the want to encourage players to do cap at citadel, but this is not the best way to do it.

My idea

Make it a reward when you gain Fealty rank 3 in citadel. Each time when you enter the citadel when you have fealty rank 3 you get also a citadel booster as a reward (just one). Now is the option to the player to use it, or sell it. This encourage more players i think to do citadel, because:

If they sell it, they can make money while doing citadel.
They can use it for massive xp.
they can use it to help their citadel cap faster.
so its a players choice to do what they want to do with it.

I think not many players will buy the boosters trough sgs, because why should they? There is no real reward for capping at the citadel. But gaining a booster wich they can sell or use is a new reward for players to do citadel.

Good or Bad?
Citadel boosters are a super great idea of jagex to let us do citadel, but the way to obtain them is just wrong.
you can fix it jagex, not everything has to put behind a paywall."

Are you trolling?

If everyone hates the update, then one thing we really do not need is a player telling us to be positive about it.

We are clan leaders, and in the most part, paying players, we have a right to complain about the product and we have a right to feedback towards the health of clans within the game.

Agreeing with Subzero, this attitude is why we never get anything we need to maintain the health of a clan. To put it in comparison:

I'd like to point out,

We suggested something similar to what is now on SGS; the Challenge Crystal items. We suggested them in a clan context, and got nothing.
Now it's an MTX item.

We suggested Vis Wax to help with Citadel Capping and we were told it wasn't possible due to the citadel being spaghetti code. Now it's on SGS, as an MTX item. MrBrokenBow - Former Leader and Founder of
