That was supposed to be done by the Permissions rework which Jagex later decided not to do and then I have no idea of what part of it was supposed to be handed down to the Ninja team if any.

I just gave up waiting on Jagex and rank everyone as an Admin with Avatar Warden so all the members can use the Avatars whenever they want, so either way I won't be able to use any of the titles until that gets resolved.

The way it was explained the current design works, it sounds very complicated like they need to redevelop a huge chunk of the clan code. Maybe a job for the Ninja team? I don't know.

It'd be cool if people could individually design and publish battlefield games and Clans could decide to import them into their Citadel on demand so that the designs were never lost. Perhaps a rating system could be added like they have on a game called Crush the Castle where you can rate if you like a design a lot so more people play it.

But even the idea of sharing battlefield layouts without all that sounds complicated and I don't think I'd want it as the top 3 Clan Updates for this year.

I'd rather have the option to destroy the Battlefield since the only thing my Clan uses from it is the bank chest and I find it irritating that I must upkeep it as a separate building on the Citadel.

All my suggestions come from a purely managerial point of view. There are more things needed, but I think these are most pressing at the moment (from a managerial perspective).

1. Name changes handling

Assign a unique user id to all clan members so that we can automatically handle any name changes that happen within our clans. This allows us to keep track of who's who, and also improve our own custom clan systems.

2. Activity indicator

This is an essential feature that's currently missing from clans. Allow us to easily see which of our clan members have been inactive for X amount of time within specified categories. (Last logged in: 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, more than a year...)

Especially for larger (international) clans it becomes impossible to keep up with the activity of all your clan members manually, and relying on XP gain alone is unreliable as some of my clan members (for instance) will only come online for the social aspect of the game.

3. Clan activity log

This is an extension of the clan broadcast system. You should expose the output of the current clan broadcast system to a (public/ private) clan page. Clan leaders need to be able to monitor what's going on in their clans at all times, including when they were offline. Unlike the in-game one, this output should be unfiltered.

#2 Offline cap checking - maybe just a list in the citadel of who's capped?

#3 Avatar tracking (recall not quite as essential imo)

Also to comment on the avatar warden job, i think it's actually better as it is right now. There've only been a couple of times when we've needed to take the avatar permissions away from an admin for a while, but at least we can.

Hmm i would say change how avatars work since they are pretty dead and boring, have it full world 5% so everybody is happy and it dosent matter who holds it , change admin powers so they cannot kick clanmembers and so on...
