I'll list my favourites and highlight the top 3:

1. Avatar tracker/recall (icon/highlight for holder etc). I believe this has already been worked on and is only subject to testing, as per @JagexMaz on Twitter.

2. Recording caps by members (for the current tick) into the citadel data and viewing it on a new tab on the citadel map interface and/or some form of web-based (on clan members list page) cap counter (this could be much better and more practical, starting for all existing members at 0 as of the day it is implemented). The logic behind the cap counter is fairly simple; when X caps (and a clan broadcast message is sent that 'X has capped at the citadel'), increment 1 for X and store/update the data on the clan members list.

3. Clan Whitelist (smiley rank for people added on it, no guest broadcast triggered when entering and can enter with guesting turned off). Separate toggle (same as guest one) for allowing them entry into the chat.

4. Temp-mute feature for a clan chat member (similar to the Temp-ban button through right click or under arrow options), preferably with a prompt message for confirmation. Some sort of 'muted' icon next to the muted person's name (possibly under the arrow options by displaying an 'active mute' icon rather than a clickable button as it would be prior to muting) to be able to tell and know that they are not talking because they have been muted (otherwise you might be confused and think someone simply afk has been muted by someone). 'X has temporarily muted Y from the Clan Chat' option in the Clan Broadcast Settings interface.

5. Clan motif presets. It's a pain trying to find that perfect colour again after changing it.

6. Dim yellow-coloured clan-wide (displaying the same criteria as the dim green-coloured friend-wide one) broadcast achievement news announcements.

3. A clanmate of mine suggested a similar way of gathering resources in Citadel to that of skilling Divination. Really anything to make the resource gathering process shorter would be nice. Most of us don't do it for the xp; we do it to upkeep the darn thing so it doesn't collapse. I'd even be happy with a market to buy resources for gp. I'd rather go boss hunting, making gp and paying for the res lol. Unfortunately the RuneCoins boost thing is overly expensive... maybe you could just lower the price of that? Idk...

2. I recently ran into a problem because I got sick for a few weeks and I kinda let the Citadel go. Within a month we lost it from Tier 4 to Tier 1 as I have no idea what happened to other Clan Leaders and some of our Members's Subscription ended which they didn't renew because of finals week. I won't be able to do much until I upgrade the Citadel Tier and I'm kinda stuck with the Avatars... I wish that I could either change the order of the buffs and/or delete a particular buff without having to destroy the entire Avatar Habitat even if I was restricted to 1 change per week.

1. And finally I just agree with most people here on the Avatar recall. Half the time we don't know if it's lost or there is a graphical bug on Citadel. <.<
