After consulting with Mod Maz it seems she has already been working on a lot of these top ideas. So my first priority is to pick up what has been done and get it tested. There have been a few other clan jobs that have been kicking about too, so you will see these hopefully making it live soon as well.

Citadel caps is being looked into by a member of the Web team as a TAPP project. The WEB team do not have the time to pick it up during regular work. As it is a personal project and time is not guaranteed, it is best not to expect this.

A white list requires engine work so I'll need to get Mod Pi to investigate the work required when he has some time.

Right now I want to focus on getting these out first before looking into what should be done next. These will be released as they are done, rather there being a batch of fixes.

Legacy Pking System
We have some plans for PvP in 2016. We will keep this suggestion in mind and may use some points. Since we aren’t going to guarantee anything mentioned here though, we will close this.
Will clans be taken in consideration for future PvP updates? F2P warring has almost died out completely now, with only 3 clans left out of the 30+ pre-EoC. P2P warring clans still have warbands for some activity, while F2P-based warring clans have nothing. No Wilderness to PK in because it's empty, no Clan Wars to fight in outside of arranged fights, so all we can do is fight the same 2 clans week in, week out in a combat system that doesn't seem to support 16vs16+ fights. Will 2016 be a better year for PvP clans and will there be more communication between the developers of PvP updates and the PvP community? Our future depends on updates, as it's just been going downhill for the past years. So we'd like to be more informed.

Nope clan mute and avatar tracker are both works in progress so they will get more support to it!

I thought Mod Maz's problem was that she did not have time to do everything...so why wouldn't the Ninja Team help her out by taking over some of these things? Dev time is normally one of the biggest shut downs we get. But when dev time is offered we are told no because someone without the dev time to complete it is already working on it
