Yeah I certainly word things differently, I accept that, but it's me & it will continue to be.

1. I was not comparing clan leaders to my dog. It was a joke that almost anyone could apply.
2. If I was to compare clan leaders to my dog, I have no problem saying the clan leaders might come up short. I have 2 dogs & love them both.

Your point about "The CLF isn't about being exclusive, but being a place for clan leaders." is a good point.

This was supposed to be light hearted based on something I observed, where people could laugh about how selfish I was if they thought it had no merit, & I feel the green outline has disrailed it by setting the tone with his 1st reply. I'm really disappointed he jumped the gun - who jumps guns?

I understood it was a joke, but it's just not very appropriate.

You've also not given any reasons to change the requirements other than for making the CLF more exclusive. Here's a fun video you should watch

I did so!
My reason was the increasing time the Mods have had to spending with applications!
My title was blunt as to make my point clear while allowing me fun in discussion.

They are wasting Mod Matthe's time!
Now tell me, do you see anyone here that would dare waste Mod Matthe's time?

But it's up to them to decide whether the applications take too much time or not

If they see it as a waste of time they would've already changed the requirements.

The requirements are already decent. There does not need to be an increase in them. As someone pointed out, the active posters are mostly the older ones, and newer ones may post if they have an issue but otherwise tend to forget that their access to the CLF access exists. I don't think it would be easy for them to bring up, but i'm probably wrong as in everything else.

It's a tough subject that in my head seems would have to be player driven.

perhaps it's a non issue, i thought it could have been a bit of fun to discuss in the event it was irrelevant.

unfortunately my woefully inadequate attempt at levity on a touchy issue misfired, & i tried to correct 1 mistake with another.

to think, the 1st reply could have been 'i think this forum should exclude you' & this would be a different thread..........

I strongly suggest that you remember that FMods post in this forum as players only, not as moderators. As such, we are free to express our opinions just like anyone else.
