With what I'm about to post i really want to stress the fact this isn't an attack on Jagex at all, More of a concerned players and leader wondering which direction this game could take, and what this means for us and our fellow players.

There's a mixture of reviews, and the majority seem to point that there's serious problems within the ranks of Jagex :(
I'm not stating that the above is 100% fact, But what could the implications be if it is to be true.

Interesting reading there paramedic.One thing the managment of jagex dont seem to appreciate is loyalty , to game , players or employees.If there goal is for second successfull title then they have failed, as I for one will not have anything to do with any new project they introduce,simply from the way the dealt with runescape.
Runescape may be seen as a cash cow for there development teams,it was my main hobby for years.I will not invest so much time in another online game in the same way ever. Edit especially one involving jagex from way they deal with rs
Getting 99 in skills is being easier,wonder if they think "get them maxed here so they move on to funorb"I was looking forward to several more years of rs play , now a few months.I think they screwed up by appeasing 13- 17 olds with no patience and didnt look at the number of older , loyal , long term members they had.
Just ranting saying nothing now, pity there isnt a post for janitor.

yeah was an interesting read. Though from what I know about most games companies, it's pretty much the same at all games places. Employees work very hard for not much pay and a lot of stress with plans getting changed and scrapped all the time. The thing that keeps workers there is the fact they love the game and love creating things that they would love to play. So it's a bit of a toss off between a hobby which you love and an industry which doesn't pay well and is stressful.
