I read through every review and honestly just felt bad for the employees and ex-employees that gave reviews about it. I feel the described managment and leadership possibly explains the rushed eoc update and several common complaints by the community.
Often times repeated problems brought up were: (long list
)
insufficient pay, forced and unpaid overtime hours, ignorant leaders (either everything's working alright or you're fired!), a promotion system built on "attitude," random dissappearance of co-workers, an attitude of "get this done now", failed projects and lack of listening to advice, a leadership focused solely on profits, and lack of care towards customers and employees.
I checked blizzard's ratings and was dissappointed that 70% of their employees would recommend blizzard to their friends while only 29% would recommend Jagex.
Really, this is something that Jagex's leadership needs to read if they have not already.
Here's the easy link to their review/rating:

The other day I was in Mod Mike's friends chat. I told him it would be a good idea to text one of the J-Mods who are in charged of the clan/community section.
Apparently whoever is suppose to be active on these Clan leader Forums are sick at the moment. So, I figure don't these J-Mods have computers at their house? If so, I don't understand why they cannot at least log on and check out the CLF's.
I have warned Mod Mike about an uproar of the CLF's with the EOC and the lack of clan features. Guess he isn't taking us serious.
Someone has to say it but Jagex is just sucking really bad now.
You are a stud

Actually it is against UK employment law to expect your staff to work from home if they have been signed off sick. A company could get into big trouble asking their sick employees to do that.
