Has 99 construction without a POH ever been done before? My construct lvl is 77, just wondering if i should (eventually) go all the way to 99 without a POH.

I'm thinking cause I might have to get one, cause it's needed for quest cape.

Unless clockwork syringe can be started in someone elses house? Owner of

Just want to say hi. It has been a week without a post rejecting, nice to be normal again ( last time I said this I was out again for 2 months, so this maybe Hi and Bye :D ).

Those that know me in game know how stubborn I can be, 15+ months in the cold & yet like a bad smell I keep on trying, yep stubborn ;)

It's so good to have the old CLF back. I mean it hasn't really change much really, but it's been getting kind of dull lately. However now that the probation update is out the old CLF is back! You know the one where you have a couple civil people and the rest just want to tell everyone else that their opinion is wrong and they should die? Good times...

Yesterday, I met the Noob responsible for me ending up as a Clan Leader. The one and only Eduardov40, who recruited me into El Imperio Latino back in 2006. Gave him a bond, full armadyl and some chinchompas to train Ranged + Slayer hopefully getting his levels up quickly, took me like an hour to help him setup his account with all of the new RuneScape settings (I don't know why the defaults are so bad). Then we did some co-op slayer which was fun.

I'm totally avoiding the probation discussion thread. That thing has gone crazy as I expected lol. I'll try to read through it later today and leave some comments. For now, it's sad to see how I have more Guests than Ranked Members on my Clan Chat.

Luckily, the madness on the Tech Forums has subsided as most people have managed to regain access to the game using VPN software. Still no idea of why several satellite internet service providers are causing issues connecting to one or more RuneScape worlds, but several people said their ISPs were investigating the issue.
