What is a legacy leader - in actual fact a very grey area it seems

1. If your clan disbands = legacy leader (your leadership experience is valuable to clf)
2. If you leave your clan = legacy leader (your leadership experience is valuable to clf)
3. If your clan boots you out / there is a coup = legacy leader (your leadership experience is valuable to clf)
4. Decide to step down but stay in the family you have created = not a legacy leader ( your leadership experience is not valuable to the clf). You are removed so the clan does not have more than 2 representatives (but a clan may have more than 2 members in clf as long as only 2 have been representative leaders of that clan in clf)

The rules as I understand them :D

Edit - I forgot one 5. If you no longer actually play Runescape but from friends/ habit/ enjoyment are still in the forums = legacy leader (your leadership experience is valuable to clf)

Hi everyone, I'm seeking any advice that may aid me in my current dilemma.

Brief Background


Ive played RS since 2006 nearly all as a paying member, established my clan, "Skiller Comm" - A Clan for the ethical gamer, in 2011 with the help of 4 very close friends.

One of these friends, ill call her "Trish", has been an avid Runescaper and member for many years, my very good personal friend since 2007.
Trish isnt the most security savvy gamer, and while away from RS for a brief period, Her platinum members account has been hijacked by an unscrupulous hacker. While her account was in the control of this person, they have logged into RS07 and committed several major offences, Jagex have deemed that a permanent ban be placed on her account. I agree entirely with the decision.

Trish has recently tried to login only to discover the plight of her account. She has appealed the ban, I hope she is successful in regaining control of her account.
