Just the usual clan stuff and training runecrafting. I haven't had chance to try any of the mazcab stuff yet; will need to take a proper look at it sometime.

Clan Leader Questions [1/2]

1) How did you first find out about clans and how did you become involved with your current clan?


I've been running clans/guilds for over a decade now, for a various amount of games.(Counter Strike, Battlefield, WoW, Call of Duty, Arma 2 DayZ, Arma 2 Epoch, Arma 3 Epoch and some more that I can't remember now ..)

I usually played RuneScape in between hosting/managing servers/clans for those games but I never actually gotten close to Maxing my account on RuneScape. I had been in a clan for 2-3 years which sadly fallen apart after the staff became inactive so with a couple of friends that were still active, we created our own. I wasn't too fuzzed to become leader of a clan at first, especially because I knew how much time/effort it takes to maintain an MMORPG clan. But as time passed by, I gained great members/friends who help me with managing the clan.

2) Do you doubt on your abilities from time to time?

Honestly, no. I know what I'm capable of and I got a great staff on which I rely to help me. I'm not a dictator, we make decisions as a team.

3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?

Anger? I'm never angry, I'd say I'm often more disappointed at someone when a situation occurs but never angry. As a CL I have to stay objective, I don't let my emotions come in the way of me doing my job. I often say I'm a friend at first and a CL at second, but when situations occur, I'm doing my job and I honestly don't care who did what, my job is to resolve the situation.

4) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?

I was on the road to Max, all I wanted was a group of friends to play and chat with. I can honestly say, I never imagined for it to become so much more than that it is today. Pleasure in the job, puts perfection in the work.
