@Whether luring is against rules or not..
I once made a thread here in the clf which got quite a bit activity for these forums on the subject and all you get is mixed interpretations and opinions of the rules. People even posted contradicting quotes from J Mods, lol. :P The only thing certain is that it's not in the spirits of the game.
So... I guess player bots are back. My clan's permanently banned four in the past three days for botting and I expect we may find a couple more in time..

It's funny, once you've used the forums for a long time you learn that different J-Mods have different views on what are/are not the rules.
I.E. Some Jmods say it's fine to have one acc in lobby, on in game, others say it is not.
I'm just sticking to what the official Wiki article says.

re : luring. I mentioned luring isn't against the rules because someone mentioned reporting luring clans . You cannont report something that isn't against the rules regardless of how you see it. No need for people to put up links for me. I'm just repeating what Jagex says as fact.

Of course luring is not a reportable option. Luring is a smart tactial move that pkers use to trick or mislead other pkers.
Although you are in the wild, it is fair game but obviously I am totally against it but if a clan member does that just kick them.

RS Wiki says that it's been acknowledged as "not in spirits of the game" by Jagex, but there's no recorded player being banned due to luring.
:/ Just kind of sucks then. Just can't believe this would be legal.
