I am sorry if this is not the place but I have no clue where else to post this question:

I am the co-owner of Fast Effigy and on the weekend I got my max cape but I can't seem to find where to apply for high-level access for maxed players to the forums. Can someone point me to it before divination is released hehe

Btw Suomi came to my max cape party and uploaded the vid on his youtube channel 'rssuomi'. Also Zezima was there for a couple minutes since we had decided to use the opportunity to turn this event into an official "5 bils exp Surprise Party" for Suomi.
