Hmm I wonder if Jagex are adding offensive language keywords to the automute system. Which doesn't make sense as we have a toggable filter and have also been told that you cannot get muted for swearing unless it is aimed at someone or really offensive. :)

The only word I think should be added to the filter, even if it's toggled off is the N word, and all of its slang alternatives. as racism doesn't belong in this game. Also (3k's) is filtered, no matter what. but not when you say it as a whole........ (defeats the purpose) Owner of

i agree that racism has no place anywhere, so having racist words filtered would be a positive, as there's no legitimate reason to use racist wording.

Also, an automute for swearing is a bit too harsh if it was to be implemented.

I think people are too quick to blame pmods. I am thinking they have adding swear words to the automute system and that is what is catching a lot of players. Or else there is something seriously wrong with it atm. I don't think it's pmods doing this.

Not one hundred percent sure of this but I believe pmod mutes are 48 hours and automute system mutes are 24 hours. :)
