This is probably a noob question, something I should have asked before I done it the other day, but are we allowed to join clchat if we're on one of our noob accounts so we can still be aware of what's going on? o: This character has been poor since his creation in June 2005.

I don't think they get 'answered' per se; rather they are just dealt with without any discussion. If there's an issue that needs discussion, it should probably have its own thread and not have been posted on the FAC thread anyway. :P

I gather employee's are thin on the ground at Jagex atm, EOC aftermath + an entire new MMO in development.

There definitely short handed in the Community management are as you may have noticed there are now mods covering several different forums etc.

It may just be they don't have the time to answer all questions immediately.
We can only be very very very patient and hope our patience is rewarded.

Bearing in mind with the Flag a Concern thread many of the concerns may need to be investigated before there answered which would lead to a delayed response time.
