lol it would be a missed opportunity if they didn't add balconies on each floor showing you the world of Runescape and it getting smaller the higher you go eventually seeing nothing but clouds (and maybe dragons flying, birds or aviansees) I wouldn't see the reason why they wouldn't add an extra tower on top of the citadel too so you can look down on people capping and catch anyone thats not doing work.

Hey, not sure if this was suggested but my idea is a list at citadel signpost or somewhere inside citadel where it has a list for those who capped and how much resource etc which would make it alot easier for clans if capping required etc for ranking.

Not really the resource checker only checks if the person is in clan chat, is on and in the same world as you.
Having a board that displays all people that have capped even if they are offline is handy

Not really the resource checker only checks if the person is in clan chat, is on and in the same world as you.

Avatar update:
First of all i really love this new ''recall ability'' to avatars. But it could be awesome if the owner could chose which ranks to retrieve the avatars. I thinks that Admin ranks should lead the chat, and not just be a rank u give people to get avatars.
Citadel:
More plots, or delete the space.

The Owner can choose which ranks - Clan Settings / Permissions / Citadel then select by rank the ability to recall
