Well i've been on this forums for quite along time now , and i call this BS AGAIN, there's always some kind of voting and upcoming update threads on here that get us all hyped but nothing ever comes out of it...
The clan updates Mod Osborne has mentioned currently sit on the backlog for the Ninja Team. I had a chat yesterday with Mod Kelpie about their current backlog and where the potential changes sit in their 2017 schedule.
At the moment they are have not planned out the whole of 2017 - those discussions will happen over the next few months but the top priority for that team will be the Bank Rework with all the quality of life updates that will provide right across the player base. Once they have that development firmly under way then they will consider more fully what changes they will be looking at and when they might be released.

Can we get more ban list space? We were trying for quite a while to ban someone until I decided to test by removing someone from ban list in order to ban a new player. Low and behold the ban list was full but didn't even give a text prompt telling us it was full.
100 spaces for bans is paltry, please expand.
Also would be nice to have the ability to control what guests can enter in the first place (i.e. setting total level requirement, membership status, and perhaps other factors that clans can enable to cut down on unwanted and unnecessary guests.
Regardless of how it is implemented, this is something that needs to be addressed. Jagex does not adequately protect clans or give us tools to adequately protect ourselves. This should change ASAP.
Just tacking on to the post above, even a counter at the bottom of the list to show how many slots are taken up would be nice. This way, we can actually see when the list is full since it doesn't give any notification that it is.

I'd like to see an ability to silence clan members in clan chat when they are saying things inappropriate accordingly (be it against clan, rs rules, real life, etc.) and we don't want to kick them from the clan.
more skill plots in the cit (fishing? farming? runecrafting?)

Logged on this morning to two random unknown and unresponsive guests hanging out in our clan chat. Kicked and banned both (not that we have much space left on our ban list) and about 10 minutes later an even lower lvl guest showed up (literally had 83 total levels) which I also had to ban. About 10 minutes later yet another low lvl guested that had to be dealt with. So far in less than an hour playing, I've dealt with 4 random guests.
Do you know how much time we waste just checking guest's levels day in and day out? Add to that needing to kick/ban unresponsive guests, and then dealing with 100 ban list limit so we're constantly looking up people on ban list to see who we can remove to make room for new bans. The amount of time we waste on this is incredible.
I've suggested allowing clans to filter guests by total level etc, nothing happens.
I ask about ban list limits and receive no response.
Honestly JAGEX's inaction on this issue is putting clans at risk the longer it goes on without a solution. This is unacceptable. We waste ridiculous amounts of time dealing with something that could easily be controlled if given the proper tools.
