Here's another case though: How would you be able to determine with 100% accuracy if someone that was banned re-applied under an alt account that doesn't hint at their true identity? It sounds like for that, you'd need to check the I.P. Address of every person that requests access, and then try to match it up to people that are potentially banned.

There are a very small number of accounts that are banned - we don't check every application to see if it is one of those people applying in disguise but we do monitor for likely attempts. Mod MattHe | Former Community Manager, now in Events & occasional Lore Monkey
