It is not a matter that is a subject for debate - we will not enter into detailed discussion on bans issued on other people's accounts or their appeals, even if they should waive the concept of privacy, as there are elements and information we would not publish publicly.
We have a set of moderation policies in place that are also not subject to discussion. In these cases these policies are being followed and applied appropriately and have been subject to repeated checks internally.
It feels like you kinda avoided some questions:
-How is re-applying on a new account considered circumventing the ban, based on the way the rule is written? New and alternate accounts currently can't be given offences for the actions of a "Main" unless the alt was used in rulebreaking too.
-Going back to the issue with the Community Team - what happens when their actions conflict with what the game's community wants?
Again, I'm not being too serious about this. I'm just practicing for when my school's debate team starts up again next year

I'd suggest having a "General Debate Thread" that anyone in CLF can participate in about any topic (It wouldn't be limited to unbanning people), but it could cause problems with flame wars if people aren't careful.
