- Toggle off guests from talking

Only overseer+ can now do:

- Toggle guests entering chat
- Choose a total level for guests to join clan
- Choose a total level for clan members to join clan
- Set a Guest Pin
- Set if the clan's recruiting
- Set if the clan should use Clan Time
- Choose the clanworld
- Choose the clan's timezone
- Have signpost permissions
- Toggle guest access to the Citadel

"An event notification message will now fire when an event has been running for 30 minutes"

Is there any more information about this one? Does it do the reminder only at 30 minutes, and what would cancel the broadcast if it was not needed for some reason?
