Sorry if I have overlooked some things, assuming the interface re-writes will contain the current permissions aswell as updated/added ones (which should all remain)...

1. Can you make sure in the new interface that a rank allowed access to the permissions is restricted by their abilities, (ex. a organizer allowed to edit permissions cannot grant a power they do not have to a admin)

2. While dealing with the permission of who can kick...
--- A) Following point 1, if a rank has permission to kick 2 people a day, can they only grant up to 2 when editing,
--- B) Can there be a choice of whether that rank can edit/alter kick permissions at all even if they have the permission themselves. (ex. I would allow a coordinator access to permissions, with kick powers, but do not want him adding in kicking rights to lower ranks)

Last 3. (more of a wish if it is possible)... Some form of quick note system, like the player notepad, where a clan member or admin can leave a note for others to see (ex. A clan member accused of trying to scam other members, or something along those lines. A clan member like a captain or admin could make a quick note of it for other admins to see.)Love the thread Mod Maz, I'll keep checking in and offer more ideas if I have any.

I *think* what you mean by points 1 & 2 is covered by the "Can change permissions" permission. However it's early and I reserve the right to be wrong :-D

Unfortunately as has been stated many times, free text input such as the notes system would require more infrastructure behind it for reporting etc. This is beyond the scope of this update. Mod Maz

I can probably do a "master" checkbox so you can remove everyone's permission. Locking the habitat is however beyond the scope of this project. Mod Maz

could you be sure just incase? and I still do believe there should be a "this rank cannot alter kicks" button.

as for the notes, maybe instead a type of clan reporting system? with predetermined comments, like a drop box to chose from. and the complaints could be viewed by admin+ or gens, and allowed ranks? (ex. Admin1 complained clanmate4: Disruptive, scamming, disrespectful, or so on?

That system is still outside the scope of a permission rewrite. Sorry.

As for the permission question, simply uncheck the "Can change permissions" checkbox on the rank you don't want changing permissions. Mod Maz

Forgive me if its been asked but theres a ton of pages to read through.

Firstly i want to say first glimps of this looks fantastic really grateful this is being done.

My first thought was is there a simple 1 tap mute cc button for leaders/high ranks?

Again sorry if its an asked/answered question

Edit- Im also curious about events section, that could be a great feature if its done right, is that something you aint sure what to do with atm or looking for feedback on?
