The Citadel is designed with group action and effort in mind, both to earn and to maintain. We do not intend to remove those requirements from this piece of content. We have reduced the levels of those requirements though, in recognition of the changing nature of the game but we have no plans to remove the requirement entirely. actually not a bad idea if a unique mechanic is added for the monster, it has 500k lp and hits a min of 1k per tick and if you die your acc gets wiped
