Question: Will this be tied to the existing broadcast chat stream (ie show up only in the "All Chat" window & use the same "Broadcast Messages" toggle)? Or will it be tied to the clan/guest clan system message stream, and thus show up in "Clan Chat"/"Guest Clan Chat" window (and use either the existing clan message toggle or, if possible, a separate toggle for clan broadcasts)?

I'd personally hope it's the latter so we can keep clan-related messages in the same place :)
