The big thing is communication around here. We'd much rather hear you guys say something like "Sorry, we're too busy to host the Clan Cup, but the community can run it again" than to hear nothing at all.

I feel sorry for the CM of Jagex/Runescape.. They are stretched thin due to few numbers, on top of the fact that you had 2 move teams lately. On top of that, you are the ones that take the brunt of a bad update, you are the ones who have to go see the community with a smile on your face after all they do is scream at you for mistakes in the most recent update.

It's good enough you're here, and it's amazing that you're dedicated enough Shauny that you are willing to learn to code just so you can make small (but impactful) changes in TAPP time.
