By one post a day, do they mean we can post the same recruitment template every day to that thread?

And is it strictly for admin positions or for people looking to become one through earning their way like everyone else in the clan? Naturally, the current leaders would need to get to know this person and the interactions they have in our clan before we can trust them with a leadership position, you know?

You can only post one 'job offer' per day to the thread, and if you've already posted on, say, page 3, you can't post again on the thread until other people post and the thread gets a 4th page.

People posting on the thread do tend to give people admin rank straight away, but this guy mentioned a sort of trial:

I don't see a reason why you can't stipulate a trial period for potential admins.

Lisaa has CLF access so she may be able to shed more light on any specifics.

Don't rule anyone already in your clan out.

Sometimes giving someone the opportunity to step up can be surprising in what they are capable of. They just need you to have a bit of faith in them to enable them to shine

You responded to my last thread Luna, so you already know that we're going through pretty much the exact same problem...

I really do wish I could help, but I'm afraid I'm at a loss. Most people who are great leaders have already earned positions in a largely established clan nowadays. As far as I can tell, it's really not easy to find anyone passionate about clans as much as a leader of one.

As I stated before, I am going through exactly the same problem. I do have an idea that I'm going to put into action soon that may help. Pm me in game and I'll let you know what it is. I don't know if it will work, but it's worth a shot!
