Are you referring to the Clan System broadcasts? If so, you can toggle who sees what--for The Name, deputy owners and above see which guests enter, and everyone (recruits and above) see our weekly total number of visitors whenever that updates. IIRC, anyone who's an admin or plus can change these notification permissions.

On the converse, Danse Macabre (led by ViraI and Anayuma (spelling error)) has it set so that recruits+ are able to see which guests enter or exit. I know this because one time I turned off my online status because I had to hop for warbands, but was still guesting and didn't realize that I was spamming their chat >_>

Probs due clan data lag I believe. If seen that sometimes I get the messages like 4 times but usually not with same player Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan
