Citadel glitch? no ava pond

We are having a problem, our ava pond is visibly not there and when I click the 'recall button' it says the citadel is dilapidated.
However, in the interface it says that all items are tier 7. The citadel reset very recently and I had checked an hour before, we had more then enough to cover the upkeep.

I will of course send a bug report, but would also like to know if this is a problem others have also had and if there are other suggestions on what to do.

Hello, Endless Realm clan, reporting that there is no problems with the avatar habitat, looks normal to me. somehow a bug on your end or maybe the citadel somehow didn't load properly for you, who knows what happend.

All clear in Endless Realm Clan.

U sure u did had enough resources for upkeep? Cause it sounds like u didn't. In case u are 100% sure then it might be a bug and doing a bug report was a good idea. Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

Absolutely sure. There were at least 20 people visiting and we even had leftovers for this week.
Beyond that, the citadel management interface actually tells me everything is tier 7.

Of course several of us tried reloading the citadel many times also.
One clanmate told me he had heard of a similar glitch while on Discord.

Anyway, our citadel has not been fixed yet.

Maybe I am missing something, is there an other way the citadel can be 'dilapidated', even while at tier 7?

Ps. I did a lil Googling, and apparently, according to some of the things I read the Citadel can be dilapidated AND tier 7.. This kinda s*cks for us, because that means we can not prove we had met our upkeep..
It is of course theoretically possible that the two of us that I know checked somehow made a mistake.. but that would be rather odd, since we even had some minions as insurance.

So... we are probably scr*wed for a week..

Hello, i just went to your clan citadel ----> Dracae <------ and to me it looks like your citadel has dilapidated, however i do see your avatar habitat pool. so maybe you didn't actually reach all upkeep resources? ? or its 100 % a bug, and good that you reported it as a bug and maybe when either mod maz or mod matthe gets on tomorrow maybe they can look into it, no promises there either.

Yeh.. I realize that... bug or no bug.. we don't want that. Believe me, I will be making a screenshot of the totals this time.....

I am still mystified by this,. since all the goals where met, I asked a few more members of the clan. Some actually made it a point to do a few last things.
Maybe a mistake was made when setting the goals.. they looked good, as in the same as always in the statistic .. but if it was only off a little I would not have noticed without really checking ...
I will double check this also this week.

it would be nice to really KNOW what happened...
