Disgruntled with the fake Early bird prices. I thought Jagex were making enough profits to not raise the price by 20 pounds *shakes head*

In all fairness Jagex do run the event at a loss. By making people buy tickets early, as soon as released, they can get an idea of how many people going.

Doing this can avoid last years cock up where the place ran out of alcohol :/

I wouldn't pay an extra 20 pounds for people to indulge in pointless alcohol. That's utterly stupid and irresponsible. 2 free drinks is not worth 20 pounds and you have to pay for extra anyway.

In case you're not aware many people enjoy drinking alcohol for the social benefits it brings. Tbh your comment is completely out of order and clearly only caring about yourself.

The benefit of influencing the sale of early purchase can enhance planning.

dave to be honest i think your comment is too harsh and i can see where macka is coming from. for the last 3 years it has been £99+booking fee early bird discounts are normally lower rates where as this seems like the usual rate and even more is being asked for after july 3rd. I don't need to be off my face and lose brains cells to "have a good time" or "be social" nor do I even need to rely on alcohol (drug) to "enhance" my experience either.

It's the opposite, you're only thinking about the mindless drinking culture and not about those who don't follow it Dave. Pity really.
