A known bug I'm afraid. You were the first in, I'm guessing. Tis on my list of to-do's, but I am only one squirrel and clans is, unfortunately, not what my dev time is currently allocated to. :-(

Yes, just don't dive straight into the citadel immediately after tick and you should be fine. Even better would be to make sure you log off/on between tick and entering the citadel. -

Our clan leader was banned, can a JMod do something about this?

In the case of current owner being permanently banned then the Ownership can be moved but it is moved to the player who is set to inherit according to our system. It is not the case that we appoint a specific successor and nor would we be happy about enforcing one on the basis of the wishes of the banned Owner.

In this case the banned Owner has now been removed from that rank and Sized is the player who inherits ownership - I did check Sized was an active player before we did it, just in case ;) -

Can a mod tell us a bit about the design they're going with? Thought I heard Mod Dean talk on stream about instanced worlds for minigames.

Eventually, that is the plan, but what Mod Dean described is a long way off. The first iteration of the Grouping System Mods Philip and Hunter are currently building is more like a streamlined way of finding others who want to play the same game you do.

Essentially it works like this:
1) You want to play a game, let's say Trouble Brewing just for the laugh factor.
2) You go to the grouping system and hit Queue (ticking some advanced options if you've specific requirements about who you're grouped with).
3) While you wait for a game to form, you continue about your business.
4) We find you enough people to play that game and group you up.
5) When everyone in the group is good to go, we teleport you all to one world and drop you off at the entrance to the game.
6) You start the game.

Ideally, steps (5) and (6) would be replaced with
(5') When everyone in the group is good to go, we start a game on a shard and automatically move everyone to it.

but that takes a lot of dev work (like rewriting-all-the-code-which-sets-off-every-single-minigame a lot) and we thought you'd like the system as described this year rather than the other some time in 201*cough*.


Oh, you can also just form groups yourselves, so you can eg invite three friends to a group and then go looking for a fifth member via matchmaking or just use the group features (chat etc). -

Add an in-game memorial for each clan to record exceptional members, leaders etc.:

The amount of data storage that such memorials, either of retired players or of achievements, would be phenomenal. This is not something we would consider developing on that basis alone. There are other serious issues with the concept also that I think would make it unlikely we would look further into it. -
