" Will the ban list of clans be increased (as the friends list was recently)?

The popular support for ban list expansion should tell you that we don't accept this answer. Find a way.
That does seem like a rather lazy answer. Sounds more like "It's possible, but there's too many problems we'd have to work around and this isn't high-priority enough to put the time and effort needed into doing this."

Where things were possible but difficult to do so in the questions for the Q&A we said so - either things were added to the wishlist (which will be raised with the CLF for prioritisation in the future) or we tried to explain some of the complexities.
When Mod Maz is back I am sure she will happily explain, with some technical stuff, why it really is not possible. I could make assumptions why this is the case, but that would be that and probably less helpful in the long run.
