Ill agree as I can see leaders clearly want it,

but....

Personally speaking, and being devils advocate I would say why people don't adopt the citadel style I use for my clan that being

Every week we need to to mine 4690 precious ore, 3920 ore and make 8610 charcoal.

What I do is I manually lock the smithing plot and once all the ore and precious ore has been mined and charcoal collected I manyally lock them and open up smithing.

I think this is an easy soloution if I have understood the issue.

I would personally prefer Maz do awesomely continue working on her very long list and for us to see the clan permission rerite and Innactive clan owner solution out as soon as possible.

I have not understood the issue I do appologise and If someone can put it in lament terms I would greatly appreciate it.

I have done exactly the same thing for a very long time. But this a way to work WITH the problem, not a solution to it. If its easy for them to fix it once and for all, I say let them fix it.

Support as I know this would be good for a lot of clans.

Having said that, we firmly believe that the citadel is here for the equal benefit of all the players in the clan.  Locking a skillplot so that player 1 can mine 2700 ore and player 2 can smith 2700 bars (presuming charcoal is available) and then blocking players 3 and 4 from mining or smithing when its convenient for them would seem to favor the players from country X over country Y based on reset time, work/class schedules, etc.  Closing the precious ore when its done so people get the regular ore as well makes sense.  But  closing a skill goes against the grain.  Thankfully have never needed to lock any plots.  Plenty of maxed players still pop up to the citadel weekly to make sure upkeep isn't an issue.
