Although if you ask me, a huge way to increase capping at the Citadel would be to cut the time it takes in half, or increase/double the exp. on certain plots....

I.E: When Seren Stones came, everyone forgot about mining.

I.E: When ivy came, everyone forgot about woodcutting.

It may sound dumb, but the biggest reason for a lack of cappers, outside of you being a PVM oriented clan, is because everyone forgets of prefers something else. Even crafting is sometimes second fiddle here, because people like the AFKing at harps.

I don't think capping incentive could get much better though if Insignia's were introduced, you should definitely Runelab the idea. :)

Such a varied list of unique buffs would breathe some life back into capping.

Maybe someday they will get around to eating all that spaghetti they love so much and clans can have nice things again... Ah, one can only hope.

The exact values don't necessarily need to be taken if Jagex are concerned of imbalance. Just the concept that you don't need an Avatar following you every where to get it's buff is good enough.
