How to Rebuild Ava Habitat

Basically what the title says is what I am trying to find out. Clan has decided we want to get rid of our combat avatar and replace it with a third skilling avatar. Tried downgrading our tier 3 habitat to tier 2 yet all it did was get rid of one of the skilling avatars and both the other 2 kept their buffs. Does rebuilding it to tier 3 wipe the slates clean for all of the avas as I don't see any way to truly destroy the habitat and start from scratch again.

To reset it completely right click the green dot that is over the avatar habitat in the Citadel interface, and you'll see the option to "Reset hotspot to its default state". From what I understand tho, you won't have access to an ava until it's rebuilt.

Honestly, the best buffs are:
1) Skilling Buff
2) Heal Over Time (PVM) / Protector (PVP)
3) Skill Plot Bonus

The other ones really suck. And if I had to pick between Heal Over Time and Protector, I'd go with Heal Over Time.

I made the mistake of adding Familiar Faces to our first Avatar and didn't reset the Habitat because I couldn't figure out how to do it. So we just upgraded to the Medium Habitat and we ignore that buff lol.

Seriously, Jagex should update the Citadel to allow us to change those buffs even if we need to pay to remove 1 buff. It's ridiculous to have to rebuild the whole thing just to reset all 3 buffs.

The entire buff resetting process is just unnecessarily confusing, and it doesn't make sense how we have to reset the habitat in order to change the avatar buffs, but not their customizations.
