Please allow skill pets for capping at the citadel.
There are currently not much incentives or worthwhile rewards for capping, especially for maxed players.
When an exciting update was just made to motivate people to skill (especially beyond max), citadels have been excluded from it.
Knowing that they gain nothing from capping while they could be skilling elsewhere for a chance at gaining a pet is demotivating really.
On the other hand, it would be greatly motivating to help gather resources for your clan while having a chance at a personal achievement (pet), especially for skills you otherwise have no reason or purpose to be doing outside of the citadel.
If there are any issues regarding this (probably due to the free/high nature of the xp gained), balancing and nerfs to rates could be made if necessary.
UPDATE:
Skill Pets can now be obtained in the Clan Citadel, as of today's Patch Notes (30/08).
Support on including Citadel, you can gather strange rocks there so why not able to get pets there as well. You can only cap for 80 minutes a week anyway so it't won't affect the drops much anyway... But that is just what we see, maybe there were greater potential and therefore removed Idk.

We will not be adding skilling pets to capping at Citadels - it was considered but the imbalance given the nature of Citadel skilling and the lack of cost was too much. Nerfing the XP from the plots in order to allow skilling pets was not something we wanted to do.

Shame to hear. Was a a lower chance of obtaining them in citadel considered too?

considering the exp/hr isn't even top3 for most people i can't imagine it being so unbalanced. Even while considering gp
Fm: mage logs are just over 600 gp.
Cooking: Raw shark: 1k
Smithing: using corrupt ores/ making rune legs is free/breaks even
Mining: Free, you don't even gain ores like outside cita
Wc: Free, you don't even gain logs like outside cita
Crafting: This might be the only one which would be unbalanced gp-wise as harps at cita don't seem to count
Summoning: no pet

This - can it be done even if it's a
very
low chance/rare drop rate?
It's just the expectation/existence of it which is most likely enough of an incentive.
