I'm having to input 78hn so my clan vex reads 78io for me, but it reads 78hn for some potential recruits. Nothing seems to be wrong with the numbers but there is a shift of one for each letter. Anyone else having issues with this? Or have a possible fix?

Yeah its been going on for awhile I try to put this in: 6c0l but it puts in 6d0m

Its really annoying. Ive even tried inputting random 4 letter codes in and it works for other clans....

Wait, so more bug reports on the same issue results in a higher change of it being fixed? Alt armies incoming. It does feel like flooding the system, but I remember a bug that has been reported by many players for 4 years and it still hasn't been fixed.

If only ...

It's kind of silly, they've been made aware of imo a critical issue/bug, yet they 'force' us to report this in-game rather than passing it on to the Ninja team or whatever.

I guess we'll see what happens, if everyone just reports the bug in-game (clan leaders, get your staff/members to report it as well) then I'm sure they'll fix it asap. Pleasure in the job, puts perfection in the work.

That's probably because when you make a report ingame it also sends technical details to them, but if you report it on the forums they don't get that data.

They'd be better off fixing the bug than reading thousands of bug reports on the same issue.

Its the classic "report it as an in game bug" cos theres a million of other things to fix first cold shoulder response.
