This is the single worst update in runescape history. R.I.P Runescape I quit unless forced pvp is returned to the wilderness. Every achievement, clue scroll, post quest and lore content and anything available as content in the wilderness while in a dangerous pvp area is now worthless. The competition level of the game is no longer worth it to me.

The achievements are now entirely devalued in the area and there are no longer any pvp achievements in the game.
The only pvp left is now a devalued version of the duel arena where you can risk fight in agreement but good luck finding someone else there doing it.
There is 0 benefit to enabling pvp which will decrease the likelihood anyone even will
For those wishing to pvp, there are now mobs of creatures and a volcano to eat your resources before you find a fight.
There was no balance in this update engaging only those who love pvm and wanted to engage the wilderness while simultaneously disregarding the pvp community simply because it is small, and this is despite the fact that pvp is the dominant force in online gaming.
This is the final blow in a series of updates that have completely ignored the pvp players because they are the minority.
I know you will call me a griefer and, for the record I respectfully disagree. It was impossible to be "griefed" in a clearly labeled player killing zone, as being that
it was a clearly labeled zone intended for killing players.
The reality is you can now complete content there without pvp enabled. I don't just want to pvp just to fight for fun, but more so to intentionally engage pvp content in a competitive mannerism, competing to stay above others on the hiscrores table. Just because someone is engaging content there and not prepared to fight does not mean you “griefed" them, it just means they were prepared to die, instead of prepared to fight as they should have been, or at least it used to.
Death is not the opposite of life, but in fact a part of it.
