I use the sword a lot. what's the proposed buff? you can just use it any time you want? so like, every time you dip down to 7 def boost, you can up it +1 again?

No, I'm not proposing a buff.
I'm asking for the cooldown to not be shared with ultimate healing abilities.

Regular excalibur will have it's own individual 5 minute cooldown.
Enhanced excalibur will still share the same cooldown with ultimate healing abilities. The New Wild (instanced) <---------> Enhancing Combat and PVP
