With the new wildy events, I was very disappointed to see my trim comp cape taken away when I logged in on Monday.

My clan was having a big fashionscape contest that just started last Friday, with over 2billion coins invested into the prize pool. Now half of the people got to upload outfits with their comp/trim capes, and the other half won't be able to. It's sad we had our capes taken away on such short notice, especially for an update that takes so much time and is time gated.

Would it really be that hard to give a grace period for not just some updates, but all updates? We are ALL tired of logging on Monday after Monday and having our capes taken away with no warning.

I'm proposing that there be a minimum 1-month grace period for all future updates. We've all worked so hard to earn these capes. We've done so many achievements already and completed so much of the game.

This isn't really asking a lot for us long time players that have worked so hard and have been loyal to the game.

Keep in mind alot of us work or have school Monday - Friday. Not all of us can grind the Monday an update comes out and get our capes back, and might lose our capes for several weeks after an update.

Some of us are lucky to have an hour after work each day, the week after an update comes out.

Maybe we just want to boss with our friends for an hour after work, and want to look good while doing it.

You shouldn't have to be in a mad rush to get your cape back every Monday after an update comes out. You should be able to do it at your own pace, and enjoy the game, and given a little lenience on losing your cape right away. The game would be a lot more enjoyable that way.

I've been comped/trimmed comp for a long time, and I've heard many people say this same thing. Losing cape all the time is getting really old and annoying.

Doing 100 of those events for the trimmed cape is not even a completeable and thus shouldn't be a requirement for a cape focussing on completing content and unlocking stuff for your account. It's not even a challenge (like let's say 100 % telos or arch-glacor, which technically also do not belong on the cape due to being non-completables), it's basically just doing stuff for the sake of doing stuff. I mean honestly - I wish they would get rid of every single pure achievement still lingering on this cape - and replace it with things, that actually can either be completed or would unlock something for your account.

But other than that - grace periods are for things that either take really long - or has an hard time lock. Completing 13 distinct events is neither, albeit I may be hard to complete all of them based.

And by now it's a purely cosmetic cape (at least that was fixed by the rework) for showing off you've widely completed the game - there is literally no damage if you do not have it for a couple of days or even weeks - the event rotation is made in a fashion you'll get back into it even if you only have time for one singular event at roughly the same time every day. If you haven't got even that bit of time - how did you even get to comp in the first place? I also would have prefered a grace period for max when a new skill is released - since this will cause damage to your account until you've regained it - but that's just not in the nature in that thing.

Yes, but what i'm referring to is a universal grace period for ALL new updates. Should be no need to lose comp at all even.

Sometimes we are busy for awhile after a new update comes out is what i'm saying. It may be a few days or a week before we have to to sit down and really focus on grinding it out. It's annoying to lose cape right away every time for an update.

One month grace is not asking for a whole lot, so we are not rushed into having to grind for our capes back immediately and can still enjoy other aspects of the game.
