With Dungeoneering it is a great skill with lots of good things but also there are some things that can do with improving, gonna list the good things briefly then get to what I feel could be improved or added.

Good things.

1. It is such a fun skill to do because of each dungeon being different - you never know what you're gonna get! I love the variety

2. I love the fact you can train it in groups, whether with friends, strangers or both, working together and using team work to get dungeons done faster is satisfying

3. There are some great rewards from the skill to use outside, the high level resource dungeons are some of the best (can't keep count of how much I used to do Frost Dragons for money, must have made at least 600m from them overall before I moved to Kiln for a couple years :P ) and the chaotics and necklaces are great for general combat, also that charming Imp <3.

4. The Skill's gotten updated every year, most of the updates are helpful in some way, especially the key loot beams, 2nd gatestone and keys being shared.

5. The Bosses are some of the most challenging yet fair, some with interesting mechanics to change things up.

Now for what needs improving in the skill

1. When a team member leaves in a floor designed for a given number of players, and the number of players left in the party goes below that, the floor can become potentially uncompleteable if there are levers, emotes or portals on the critical path, to add insult to injury you have a limit of 15 minutes even if you can get to the end or if the boss room is open - short and to the point it needs changing to either not being able to get emotes/portals/levers on the critical path, or make the ones on the critical path designed one player ( adding couple of monsters to these rooms to balance out needing just the one person would be fine with me as well), there's already extra monsters on floors designed for more players to make it harder.

this (floors being potentially undoable) should have never even been a thing in the first place, how's it fair for those wanting to stay in the party and stick it out not being able to complete it?

2. Completing a floor on a theme you have already done all floors of still offers reduced xp, how about making it so if you complete a floor of a theme you have floors all done, you randomly either tick off a lower themed floor and get that floor's xp, or tick off a higher floor and get the xp for the floor you did (so as it works now for floors in the same theme you just did, but across all floors) the 2011 update to make it so you can complete any floor of the theme you're on was great, why not take a great idea full circle?

3. Once you have all the rewards from the rewards trader, all you can do with your tokens is skip floors or reset Ring Of Kinship class upgrades, getting your tokens spent on it upgrades back for a token fee, it would be nice to have temporary buffs or other rewards you may want more than once, to keep giving a use to get more tokens, here are some ideas (I'll leave it to Jagex to decide how many tokens each of these will cost so it's not too unbalanced)

-Being able to choose to be definitely assigned, from a slayer master, a slayer task of your choice at least once per a week, you'd buy a slayer choice token (or something else for the name and appearance, up to Jagex) from the rewards trader and use it on a slayer master, the token would be consumed and they could say "Wow! There must be a task from me you really like, pick one and you'll have an option to have that task once per week by talking to me when you want it, after this a list of all tasks they can assign, even ones you haven't been assigened, appear and you pick one, then a new chat option when you talk to the slayer master "I want one of my weekly tasks now" would appear (I'd say making a limit to how many of these you can have per master, with it being higher as you get a higher slayer/dungeoneering level, to give incentive to go back and get more tokens when you want to go and change your weekly tasks) then you will get a list of all your weekly tasks you've set, choose one and you'll get it as your assignment (if already on one you still get told you have a slayer assignment come back after finishing it, and the task will be still available for you to take), each weekly task can be chosen this way once a week, and would still count towards slayer points and so on (it functions as a normal task, except you can definitely have it), choosing a task this way doesn't stop you getting it as a task when you go for a random assignment, and getting the task randomly

doesn't stop you being able to then definitely get it at later point in the week (you can also still get it a slayer VIP ticket option.

-for even more tokens, getting to just choose a task (without setting as a weekly task) and have it assigned, the token cost would be pretty high, so this is for those who have a task they enjoy and just want to do it more (could also be a good way to get some tasks on the prefer list if you have reached your weekly task cap for a slayer master, maybe allow this a max number of times per week for each task?

-Charm doubler, whenever you get a charm drop from a monster, you get double charms, each extra charm you get drains a charge off the charm doubler, maybe make a high token cost and/or make it so you only get a chance (1 in 5 maybe?) of getting double charms, only draining when you do, to stop it being overpowered

-a buyable consumable that gives you the ability to make one extra divine location, not counting towards or as your daily one (wouldn't be OP - treasure hunter already gives these)

-an item that temporarily increases the rate of you getting resources when skilling, draining charges whenever you get something earlier, of course you get xp for the extra resources too.

that's all I can think of for reasons to keep getting tokens if you have any more ideas feel free to share :)

4. The dungeoneering minimap should be able to be kept open as you dungeoneer, and you should be able to click a room on the minimap to mark it with a red X (for your map only), the idea would be marking doors you find that you can't open yet, opening all the doors in a room you have marked with a red x removes it from that room automatically, also could mark an area on the minimap with a green x, being your gatestone, the first you place could have a 1 next to it, place another while the first one is on the map would make that next one you're placing have a 2 next to is, you can move/delete the gatestone ones at any time.

5. Dungeoneering still doesn't let you augment and add perks to gear - I see no reason not to be able to make augmentors, equipment siphons and weapon/armour gizmo shells in Deamonheim, so you could augment stuff, give perks as with outside Deamonheim.

Speedrun leaderboards in the Deamonheim lobby would be interesting to see as well, with completion time leaderboards for each floor (With individual times for small, medium and large)

Done, feel free to post!

Ideas by others

CuddleBucket made an interesting point that maybe the charm doubler could either not work for blues or used a bit more charges for blues

To clarify, the way the rewards with charges (like the charm doubler) work is once they run out, you can pay to have it recharged with either gp, tokens or both (again giving more use to get tokens). maybe the gp cost could be fairly high if tokens aren't used, to give even more use to them, just a thought 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

You've put a lot of thought into this, some interesting ideas.

Thanks! :) Despite that I'm 200m Dungeoneering and just dungeoneer from time to time now, I know how helpful these ideas would be for anyone else who gets in to it too.
