I was suggesting to have both teleports at once, guild and garden.

Then just use GotE as that gives you portal teles.

There was a bit of an update on this in the latest stream from 1/25/2023.

They were saying that separating the players is not the greatest idea, so the better purpose for a max guild would be to help us get to other locations easier.

I can agree with that, and not just because the area was built facing south. I never use the main bank. The fire pit and cooking spot are sweet but I am better off anywhere else using a portable skilling machine.

Add a Mini Game Portal to the Max Guild that can be attuned to any mini game and defaults to the spotlighted mini game.

Note: All mini games should be updated to how the Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza queue'ing system works. If all mini games don't have a queue'ing system, similar to Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza, then the portal is only useful for the spotlight mini game.

** Not worth adding if CFB instance queue'ing is missing since going to any mini game not on spotlight is a ghost town. **

You sort of have a reputation for making "rewards" in this game that are actually worthless, and become dead content after a few weeks. How about changing that?
