I don't really agree with having two rings at once.
However, there should be a way to combine specific ring effects. The ring of wealth specifically. Using a row on another ring would add the row effect to it, so you could have an Onyx ring of wealth (i)
Or alternatively, considering that the fremmenik rings have been outdone by the new tzhaar ring, adding the ring of wealth to only fremmenik rings, to increase the interest in them would be good.
So you could have a Berserker's Wealth, Seer's Wealth etc etc.
Combining items is always more preferable than cluttering up inventories with unnecessary additions. Just look at the Cramulet, should be a way to do that with rings that are pretty useless 'one off' things, like ring of charos and ring of fire etc.
