Arrentinian Scientists are currently monitoring the Pavlof volcano Alaskan Peninsula as a moderate volcanic eruption occurs. The eruption is not threatening of any travel and there should be only area affects due to the ash cloud and lava fountaining (Checked the Alaskan Volcano Observatory, and this eruption caused a red alert status for the first time in 5 years for the AVO, however, it is a moderate eruption and isn't threatening).

The rebuilding effort in Combay is underway following the brutal civil war that destroyed most of the city. Most of the city's main avenues have been cleared of rubble and traffic can flow once more. Still, most of the city lacks power, water, sewer, and other basic utilities. It will be a long process to get the city back to its former glory.
